I was still a young man, around 40 years old, and was finding my way as a native environmental activist with Indigenous People across North, South, and Central America, focusing on Mother Earth’s protection and her defense as best we could, and we were all gathering because we all knew we were on a spiritual journey with our ancestors guiding us in unity for healing and to give Thanks.
